The operation — Prysmic
The operation

Three crews. One operation.

Margin leaves at the handoffs, where one party’s document meets another’s. Each crew owns one stretch of the chain end to end, reads every document in it, and carries the response through to a result.

Crew i · Inbound

It disputes the overcharges.

Between 10% and 20% of every $1M of freight, duty and supplier invoices is overcharged, at every brand we have audited so far. Nobody has time to read 159,000 lines against a rate sheet. That is the whole job.

  • Purchase order integrity, from issue through to receipt
  • Freight, fuel, accessorial and detention audited line by line
  • Customs entries reconciled to the commercial invoice
  • Short shipments and price changes caught before payment
  • Disputes filed with the evidence attached, chased to the credit
  • Carrier sourcing and rate benchmarking, lane by lane
“We started with the inbound module and honestly it blew me away. Prysmic is incredibly flexible and adapts to the reality of how we work. I recommend them 100%.”
Fê MariathSupply Chain Manager, Underoutfit

The largest single find so far was $703K of overpaid freight at one brand, in one month, across nine carriers and 159,000 invoice lines. Found, disputed, and credited back.

Crew ii · Inventory

It adapts the plan.

A forecast is only worth what it changes. This crew re-runs it as reality moves, then raises the orders, chases the suppliers and rebalances the stock that follows from it.

  • Demand re-forecast on live sell-through, by SKU and by location
  • Purchase orders raised, confirmed and re-sequenced
  • Minimum order quantity and lead time conflicts resolved
  • Stock rebalanced between locations and channels
  • Suppliers followed up before a date slips, not after
  • Marketing alerted when a promotion would outrun supply
“Prysmic turned a manual, time-consuming cross-system replenishment workflow into an autonomous one, saving hours of busy work without sacrificing visibility or control.”
Shahar ChaskelevitchProduct, Edikted

The highest projection error caught and corrected so far was 30%, found before it turned into excess stock on one side and a stockout on the other.

Crew iii · Outbound

It executes the shipping.

The order is only revenue once it lands. This crew releases it the moment it clears, on the carrier and service that meets the promise at the lowest landed cost, and contests every penalty rather than absorbing it.

  • Carriers rate-shopped per shipment, not per quarter
  • Retailer routing guides, labels and ASNs applied
  • Channel rules met before the order is released
  • Delivery exceptions worked before the customer notices
  • Chargebacks contested with proof of delivery attached
  • Returns authorised and replacements shipped the same day
“Prysmic turned our multi-step multi-platform quoting and truck booking workflows into plain English messages. They truly define reliable agentic work.”

Built for groups

One crew, every brand in the group.

A crew learns the shape of each brand and works inside it, so margin is seen and defended the same way across a house of brands without flattening how any of them actually runs.

One record

Per brand

Each brand keeps its own systems, partners, naming and approval thresholds. Nothing is standardised away.

One view

Across the group

Findings roll up so a group operator can see where the money is without opening seven dashboards.

One method

Everywhere

The same audit, the same evidence standard and the same value record, applied identically to every brand.
